Introduction

I borrowed this recipe from the list on here and made some adjustments - Add chocolate chips and walnuts as well as changed the amount of sugar and flour. These are delicious!! Ingredients

    3 Large Bananas (Used 4 Medium Bananas)
    1/2 C. White Sugar
    1 Large Egg
    1 tsp. Baking Soda
    1 tsp. Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp. Salt
    1 C. White Flour
    1/2 C. Whole Wheat Flour
    1/3 C. Unsweetened Applesauce (You can use butter if you want - but you'll need to change the nutritional facts)
    1/2 C. Nestle Toll house Choc Chip Morsels
    1/2 C. Chopped Walnuts

Directions

Pre-heat oven at 375 degrees. Spray 12 Cup Muffin pan with Pam. Mash bananas in a mixing, add sugar and egg, then add applesauce (or butter), then mix in dry ingredients. Fold in the walnuts and choc chips.

Bake for 18-20 mins (or until a tooth pick comes out clean)

Makes 12 Muffins
