    1 3/4 Cup whole Wheat flour
    3/4 cup milled flax seed
    1 1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    ----mix dry ingredients in a bowl----
    3/4 cup sour milk (sour milk by adding 2 tbsp white
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    1 egg
    2 cups crushed pineapple
    2 cups shredding carrot
    1/4 cup chopped walnuts
    1/2 cup raisin
    1 tsp cinnamon

    ----Mix then add to the dry mixture. pour into muffin tins. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 min. Yields 22 muffins

    Cream cheese frosting

    4 oz fat free cream cheese.
    1/2 cup powdered sugar
    1 tsp lemon juice
    1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)


Mix dry and wet ingredient seperately. mix them together.
bake 400 for 25 min. Frost when cool
