Introduction

Ingredients

    5 links of butterball italian sausage sliced
    2 tbls of light olive oil
    4 lg potatoes, peeled, and thickly sliced
    2 lg green bell peppers, sliced
    2 lg red bell peppers, sliced or banana peppers
    1/4 onion sliced
    1 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp pepper
    1 1/2 cup chicken broth
    1 tsp basil
    1tsp italian seasonings
    1/2 cup white wine

Directions

Par boil potatoes in chicken broth for about 5 minutes. Add to crock pot. Spray lg frying pan with pam. Add sausage and brown on both sides. Add to crock pot. Heat olive oil in same pan, cook vegetables in pan with salt and pepper. Add mixture to crock pot. Add wine and seasonings to crock pot. Cook on low for 3 hours.
