Ingredients

    1/2 cup crude wheat bran (Miller's bran)
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1 plum, cut up
    1 tbs sugar free hazelnut syrup
    cinnamon to taste
    1/2 cup non-fat yogurt


Directions

Mix wheat bran and milk and cut up fruit. Microwave for about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. The milk will be absorbed by the wheat bran. Stir in cinnamon and syrup, and top with yogurt.

Any type of fruit can be used and any type of extract can be substituted for the hazelnut syrup.
