Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2 - 16oz frozen bags of fruit (your choice)

    1 box of yellow cake mix

    1 can of Sprite (or Sprite Zero)

Directions

Place both bags of frozen fruit in a deep casserole dish.

Crumble cake mix onto the fruit.

Slowly pour the can of Sprite over that. DO NOT STIR OR MIX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Place foil over pan and place in a 350* preheated oven for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes take foil off then bake for another 40 minutes.

This is 10 servings at 1 cup each If you are on WW it is a 6 point dessert.

    I tried this and the cake mixture didn't all get absorbed by the Sprite and/or berry juices. There were large blobs of uncooked cake mix after cooking. - 3/15/13

    Incredible!
    I have made this many times and it works well everytime. You can mix and match the flavors of soda and fruit and to make it lower in calories use DIET soda. - 7/3/11
