Ingredients

Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces
KC Masterpiece Steak Seasoning, 2 tsp
Balsamic Vinegar, 3-5 tablespoon (enough to cover chicken)

(This is a versatile recipe and you don't need to measure. You can eyeball it.)

Directions

Tenderize meat with a mallet until chicken is 1/4-1/2 inch in thickness. (This will maximize flavor by increasing the surface area). Sprinkle steak seasoning over the flattened chicken on both sides. (You can use your favorite steak seasoning if you like.) Pour balsamic vinegar over chicken and marinate for 10 minutes. (You can marinate it for longer but you really don't need to.) Prepare in a non-stick skillet on medium high heat for about 5-6 minutes on each side. Make sure you reach proper meat temperatures and it has been cooked thoroughly. Enjoy.

Delicious and easy, low cal and low fat. I served it on a spinach salad with strawberries and wishbone balsamic vinagrette spritzer...perfect - 4/24/10

    Very Good
So easy to make and surprisingly good. I used McCormick Spicy Montreal Steak Seasoning and chicken tenderloins (cut into bite-sized pieces) instead of breasts. - 4/6/10

I loved this and I never thought to use steak seasoning. I used McCormick brand and it came out amazing! - 2/3/10

    O.K.
I'm not sure if this would've been better had I not been so liberal with the marinade, but my chicken (although it was by far the juciest I've ever made on the stovetop) was way too strong in flavor - I only made it 1/3 through my chicken breast. - 1/14/10
