Ingredients

    1.75 cu flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    3/4 tsp salt
    0.75 c sugar
    0.75 c splenda
    1.5 tsp cinnamon
    1.5 tsp nutmet
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    1.2 cup egg beaters
    1/3 cup water
    1 c pumpkin purree

Directions

Mix all ingredients bake at 350 for 40-40 min or until done. makes 4 mini loaf pans
