Introduction

This is a really simple recipe. You can add everything in frozen if you would like and play around with different spices! This is a very filling soup! This is a really simple recipe. Ingredients

    -5 pcs. of chicken Drumsticks (or whatever cut you may have)
    -3 Red potatoes (cut in half, them in 4's is easiest
    -Pack of Sunny Select Fiesta Blend Frozen Vegetables (contains: broccoli, carrots, kidney beans, white beans, garbonzo beans, italian style green beans & red peppers)
    - Cilantro, Salt, pepper, onion powder, minced garlic and chicken bullion to taste
    **Vegetable Broth is optional just do vegetable broth and/or chicken bullion & water

Directions

1: Spray the crockpot with non-stick cooking spray just to be safe!
2: add all ingredients except for liquids
3: add liquids (vegetable broth or water and bullion) and seasonings
4: Cover and cook on high approximately 4 hours until completely cooked. Chicken will fall off bones and I usually pick all bones out before anyone serves themselves.

Great with avocado, lemon and tortillas!
