Introduction

I like to use lean venison, but I sure beef would work fine. They are so soft and moist, and the flavor can't be beat!! Ingredients

    1 can evaporated milk
    3 lbs lean ground chuck or venison
    2 c oatmeal
    1/2 t garlic powder
    1/2 t chili powder
    1 c chopped onion
    2 t salt
    2 eggs

Directions

This recipe yields 45 medium size meatballs. I used the Pampered Chef medium scooper. Cook meatballs (uncovered) for 60 min at 350 degrees or until done.

Works GREAT as a freezer meal!
