Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups fat free cream cheese
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup cottage cheese
    1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
    1/4 cup flour
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 egg white
    2 tbsp semisweet chocolate

Directions

In food processor add all the ingredients except the chocolate morsels.

Blend until smooth

Bake at 300° for 65 to 70 minutes.
Let cool and remove sides from the pan.
