Ingredients

    1 pound black beans
    1 cup yellow onion chopped
    .5 cup chopped carrots
    .5 cup chopped celery including leaves
    Water
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Throw everything in the cooker and cook on high for eight hours. Leave out the bacon for a vegetarian meal.
