    1/2 cup chopped onion
    2 apples peeled and sliced
    1tbs honey
    1 tbs dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp corriander seed crushed
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 2-2.5 lb boneles pork roast
    1tbs cornstarch
    2 tbs water


combine onion and apples in crock pot. in small bowl mix honey, mustard and corriander seed and salt, mix well spread on all sides of roast. put roast on apple/onion. ccook low 7-8 hrs. remove roast, place on serving platter cover with foil.
in small sauce pan combine cornstarch and water. blend. add apple mixture and juices. heat until boil. serve with sauce.
