Introduction

This is a sour coleslaw that my family loves. It's so simple, and yet so good, especially with something with BBQ sauce. The sour, tanginess of the slaw is an excellent accompaniment to the sweetness of BBQ sauce. I serve it with BBQ Tofu cutlets. This is a sour coleslaw that my family loves. Ingredients

    Half a head of red or green cabbage
    4 tbsp. of a reduced-fat soy mayonnaise (I use Vegenaise)
    1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Shred the cabbage and mix it with the other ingredients. So simple!
