Introduction

Single serve cake, icing and chocolate all in one bite! Single serve cake, icing and chocolate all in one bite!

Ingredients

    Whole Box of Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe Red Velvet Cake Mix
    3 eggs
    1 cup Mayo
    1 cup water
    Whole tub of Betty Crocker Rich & Creamy Cherry Frosting
    1 14oz bag of Wilton's Light Cocoa Candy Melts

Directions

Combine may, eggs, water and cake mix in the blender and mix for 2 minutes. Bake one large cake as directed on the box.

Let cake cool completely and then crumble it into a large bowl. Combine cake with icing and mix well with your hands.

Roll cake/icing mix into small balls and place on wax paper covered cookie sheets. Place all balls into the freezer for about 45 min.

Melt chocolate melts in a double boiler. Dip frozen cake balls into melted chocolate and cover completely. Remove and let excess chocolate drip off. Place on wax paper to cool and harden.
