    Pork and Beef Sausage, 1/2 lb
    *Bacon grease, 1 tbsp
    *Bob's Red Mill Oat Flour 1 tea
    Heavy Whipping Cream, .5 cup,
    Water, tap, 0.5 cup
    *Xanthan Gum, 1 tea
    Salt, 1 tsp

Directions

1) Brown flour in bacon grease
2) Add cream and water, reduce
3) add xanthan gum to thicken
4) Add sausage
