Ingredients

    4 medium potatoes, sliced
    1/3 cup reduced fat Sargento chedder cheese
    1/4 cup onion, chopped
    1 1/4 cup Jennie-O Turkey Ham, cubed
    1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1/8 tsp black pepper
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp white pepper

Directions

Place sliced potatoes in slow cooker that has been sprayed with cooking spray. In a medium bowl, mix together shredded cheese, onion and turkey ham. Add to potatoes in slow cooker and stir to mix together. Using the same bowl, mix together soup and skim milk until blended. Add garlic, salt, white pepper and black pepper to soup mixture. Pour evenly over the potato mixture. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours.

    I have served this twice now & it turns out wonderful. Slow cookers vary in their heat to just check it. My adult grandsons favorite dish & he raved about it & ate about 3 helpings. - 1/2/11
