Ingredients

    10 pork boneless loin chops (about 4 lbs)
    4 slices bacon, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
    1 medium onion, chopped (about 1 c)
    1 green pepper chopped (about 1 c)
    14 oz pkg Pepperidge Farms cornbread stuffing
    2 1/2 c water
    1 t seasoned salt
    1 t marjoram
    1/2 t thyme
    1/2 t pepper
    1 c 2% Kraft shredded cheese

Directions

Spray 12 inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Cook bacon stirring occasionally, until crisp. Stir in onion and bell pepper. cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are crisp-tender, remove from heat. Drain. Stir in stuffing crumbs, water, thyme, and salt. Spray 6 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Place stuffing in slow cooker.

Sprinkle pork chops with pepper, season salt, and marjoram. Cook pork in skillet over medium heat 5 to 6 minutes, turning occasionally, until brown on both sides.

Arrange pork on stuffing, layering as necessary.

Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours.

Remove pork from cooker. Stir cheese into stuffing in cooker until melted. Serve pork with stuffing.
