Ingredients

    1 pkg egg rolls
    mix together diced chicken breast, onion, celery and 3 cups bean sprouts. Add garlic salt and powdered ginger to taste.
    Roll 2 Tbs filling in each egg roll
    Bake at 425 for 10-15 minutes, turn and bake additional 5 minutes.

    Higher calorie way is to fry in canola oil
