    1 Cup of Organic Peanut Butter
    1/2 Cup of Organic Honey
    1 Cup of Organic Unsweetened, Shredded Coconut


1. Mix into a bowl 1 cup of peanut butter, 1/2 cup of honey and 3/4 cup of coconut. The other 1/4 cup of coconut will be used later.
2. Once all ingredients have been mixed, sit in fridge overnight.
3. The next day measure out the other 1/4 cup of coconut and put it on a plate.
4. Use a spoon to scoop out balls. Roll them in your hands, then roll in the extra coconut. Repeat until there is not more mixture.
5. Keep chilled.
