    1 Sweetheart or pointed cabbage (Savoy cabbage if not available)
    3 medium courgettes
    10 oz Organic frozen peas
    2-3 red onions
    3 tbs olive oil
    Vegetable stock
    21/2 tbs Schwartz Korma Spice Blend


Makes approx 8-10 servings 100 cals each
Soften onions in olive oil. Add spice and fry gently. Stir in cabbage then courgettes a couple of minutes later. Add stock and simmer for 10 mins. Add peas and simmer 5 mins. Blend and serve.
