Introduction
This dip is requested regularly by friends, we bring it to every event/potluck/etc. It originated with full fat ingredients but really doesn't lose much by substituting lower fat products. I personally don't like fat free dairy products but you could use fat free cheese and sour cream, if you prefer. Ingredients

16 oz reduced fat sour cream
1 can fat free refried beans
1 envelope taco seasoning
1 tomato, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 8 oz bag 2% shredded cheddar or mexican blend cheese
Directions
Spread refried beans on the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Mix together sour cream and taco seasoning. Layer seasoned sour cream on top of beans. Sprinkle chopped tomatoes and green peppers over sour cream. Top with shredded cheese. YOu can also top with sliced black olives. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers (olives and chips not in nutrition information). Approximately 12 1/4 cup servings.
