Ingredients

    4 slices of buttered Texas toast
    7 slices of American cheese
    3 fried eggs
    1 1-inch thick 80% beef patty
    6 slices of crispy bacon
    Baconnaise
    Bacon Salt and pepper to taste
    Tomatoes, lettuce, and onion (optional)

Ingredients

* 4 slices of buttered Texas toast
* 7 slices of American cheese
* 3 fried eggs
* 1 1-inch thick 80% beef patty
* 6 slices of crispy bacon
* Baconnaise
* Bacon Salt and pepper to taste
* Tomatoes, lettuce, and onion (optional)

Directions
Mix the beef with Bacon Salt and pepper, and form a 1-inch thick burger patty. Grill and set aside. Use the Texas toast and 4 slices of American cheese to make two grilled cheese sandwiches, which you will use as buns. Fry 3 eggs, flip in the pan, and add 1 slice of cheese to each egg. Cook up 6 slices of bacon until crispy.

Spread Baconnaise on one side of your grilled cheese sandwiches. Layer your burger, cheesy eggs, bacon, tomatoes, lettuce, and onions on your grilled cheese sandwiches, and enjoy!
