Ingredients

1 pkg McCormick Enchilada Sauce Mix
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup Tomato Sauce
1 lb extra lean ground beef
8 whole wheat tortillas buritto size
1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 1/2 cups black beans
1/2 medium onion chopped
Directions
Stir Sauce Mix, water and tomato sauce in medium saucepan. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
Brown meat and onions in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat. Stir in 1/2 cup of the sauce.
Heat tortillas according to package directions; dip into sauce to coat. Spoon about 1/4 cup meat filling and 1/4 c black beans into each tortilla. Roll tortillas tightly; place seam-side down in large greased baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over enchiladas. Top with cheese.
Bake in 350* oven 15 minutes or until sauce is bubbly and cheese is melted.
