Introduction

serving size 1 pepper cup (or 1/2 green pepper) serving size 1 pepper cup (or 1/2 green pepper)
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb Ground turkey
    .5 cup cooked brown rice
    1/2 cup onion
    8 oz. can of tomato sauce
    salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
    About 3 large green peppers

Directions

Cook rice and cool. Add rice to ground turkey. Add onion, one can of tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste. Cut green peppers in half and clean out seeds. Fill pepper cups with meat mixture. Bake at 350 for approx. 45 minutes or until golden and pepper is soft. Makes about 6 large green pepper halves.
