Ingredients

    Carrots, raw, 4 cup, slices boiled till soft
    Milk, 2%, 2 cup
    white, all-purpose flour, .25 cup
    Butter, salted, 4 tbsp
    Cheddar Cheese, 2 cup, shredded
    Corn Flakes Cereal, 1 cup
    Butter, salted, 2 tbsp melted

Directions

Preheat overn tro 350 melt 1/4 cup butter in sauce pan, add 1/4 flour and whisk to make a roue continue whisking till flour is cooked. Then add milk and whisk till thick and bubbly. Remove from heat and add cheese stir till melted. Mix with carrots in a buttered casserole add corn flakes to top and pour melted butter over all. Bake in a 350 degree overn 45 min till golden and crispy.
