Introduction
I adapted this recipe from a favorite of mine for Sausage Dip. Saved a ton of calories, fat and salt. You could probably use fresh tomatoes and jalepenos and save even more sodium. Ingredients

Ground Chicken - Look for perdue Fit 'n Easy
Rotel Tomatoes - Original
Cream Cheese - Philadelphia Fat Free
Directions
Combine all the spcies with the ground chicken.
Brown the chicken and break up into small pieces.
I use the food processor for 15 seconds to really break the browned chicken down into little pieces. Return to pan.
Add rotel tomatoes and cream cheese.
Simmer on low for 25 minutes.
Serve with Multi-grain Tostitos.
Serving size is 2 tablespoons.
