Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey
    ½ onion, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 egg
    ½ cup oatmeal
    ¼ tsp prepared horseradish sauce
    3 Tbsp ketchup, low cal
    2 Tbsp mustard
    8 low carb wheat crackers, crushed
    1 Tbsp beef bullion granules
    ¼ tsp garlic powder
    1 Tbsp Seasoned Salt

Directions

In large bowl, mix all ingredients well. Form into oval loaf on foil lined cookie sheet or place in foil lined loaf pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes. Drain grease, slice and serve hot or cold.
