Introduction

Ingredients

2 lbs Lean ground beef
1 egg
2 Tbsp A-1 or Worcestershire sauce
1/2 C Panko bread crumbs
1/2 tsp oregano
1.2 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp each - Salt & pepper
1/2 C finely chopped Red Onion
1 clove garlic finely chopped
1 C tomato sauce - seperated in half
3 oz to 1/2 C Gorganzola cheese
Directions
In a large bowl, Mix together first 10 ingredients with hands. Seperate Sauce into 2 1/2 cup servings. Mix 1/2 C tomato sauce into mixture. Place 1/2 of the meat mixture into a bread loaf pan. Sprinkle in cheese, top with remaining meat mixture. Top with remaining tomato sauce. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
