Ingredients

    Whole Grain, Thin Spaghetti
    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    dash, red pepper flakes
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 anchovy filet or 1 Tbsp anchovy paste
    1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
    1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted and chipped
    2 tbsp capers, drained
    grated romano or parmesan cheese

Directions

Serves 4-6
Prepare pasta according to package.
Simmer red pepper flakes in olive oil for 20 seconds, add minced garlic and simmer for 60 seconds. Add one anchovy filet and stir with wooden spoon until dissolved. Add crushed tomatoes, olives and capers. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Serve over cooked pasta and sprinkle with grated cheese.
