    2 tablespoons flax meal
    1 tablespoon sesame seeds (or 4 almonds, finely minced)
    1/4-1/2 teaspoon Seasoning Salt
    1 tablespoon parmesan cheese (I usded kraft asiago, parmesan & romano blend)
    1 tablespoon water
    1/2 tsp coconut oil


Mix all of the ingredients in a small bowl until dough forms. Grease a microwave safe plate with coconut oil. Shape mixture into small discs on the plate about 6-8 crackers. Microwave on high for 1 minute, checking after 45 seconds. Microwave an additional 30 seconds or until firm. Carefully remove from plate with a butter knife and allow to cool.
