I use ground almonds as a cheese substitute and I use nutritional yeast sometimes too. BUT I NEVER THOUGHT OF MIXING THEM TOGETHER! - 8/31/11

I'll have to give this a try! I'm deathly allergic to dairy and even "vegan" soy cheese still has dairy in it, so this might be a great option for me! - 5/4/12

I like it alot! It's been a long time since I've had real Parmesan so I really don't remember what it tastes like but this is very good!

This is great tasting, and the texture is very similar to powdered parmesan cheese. - 6/10/08
