    1-16 oz bottle fat free ranch dressing
    1- can garden peas(drained) of small pasta shells(have not tried wheat yet)
    4-cups immitation crab meat

    If you like you can add 1 small cucumber sliced and quartered.


boil pasta drain and rinse with cold water.
put into large bowl,add peas,crab and dressing optional cucumber mix and refridgerate,serve cold.

  • we didn't have cucumber on hand so we used tomato. We made our own dressing out of Hellman's low fat & dill weed. We liked it - 7/31/10

  • This is pretty good..its easy to make and affordable. I am not a fan of english peas but I sacrificed for this recipe. I was also suprised that it really fills you after 1 serving. I hardly ate anything snack wise all day. Another plus for this recipe! :) - 12/1/07
