    4 Tbsp. Light Mayonnaise
    2 oz. Blue Cheese or Gorgonzola, crumbled
    3 tsp. Cayenne Pepper Sauce, or to taste
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and serve immediately on low calorie bread as a sandwich or over mixed greens as a salad.
