Introduction

We like these with all kinds of sauces served over pasta, spaghetti squash, and rice. We like these with all kinds of sauces served over pasta, spaghetti squash, and rice.

Ingredients

    fresh crumbs from 1 slice white bread
    1 large egg white
    1 tsp onion powder
    1/4 cup skim milk, nonfat
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    16 oz. lean ground turkey

Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients, crumble turkey over, and mix together. Form into 1-inch balls and place on cooking rack (sprayed with nonstick cooking spray) that has been placed in a cookie sheet with sides. Cook in a 400 degree oven for 12-15 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink. Remove quickly from rack to a serving bowl or into your favorite sauce.
