Ingredients

    1 cube margarine
    2 gloves garlic
    1 cup crushed saltines
    1/4 cup parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp poultry seasoning
    1/4 tsp pepper
    2 tsp parsly flakes, crushed
    3 chicken breasts



Directions

Melt butter in a 9 x 13 baking dish in oven with garlic. Remove from oven.
Combine crackers, parmesan cheese, poultry seasoning, pepper, and parsley.
Cut chicken into strips. Dip into butter then into cracker mix. Put into pan with the butter and garlic.
Cook at 400F for 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked thru.
