Introduction

Ingredients

    Pork Ground Extra Lean 1 lb
    Cranberries, 1/2 cup, chopped
    Apples, fresh, 1 medium chopped
    Onions, raw, 1/2medium chopped
    Garlic, 2 cloves minced
    Cracker Christie Vegetable Thin 15 crackers crushed
    Naturegg Simply egg white 1/4 cup
    Mustard Billybee Original Honey Mustard, 1/4 cup
    Brown Sugar,1/3 cup, packed
    Ketchup 1/4 cup

Directions

Mix all ingredients,place in a bread pan, cook at 350 for 60 min.


Serve 6

    My BF got really really excited (grabbed my leg and went "ooo!!") when I showed him this, lol. We'll try it next week!

    Update: We loved this!!!! SO so so flavorful and different. It's a nice mix of savory with touches of sweetness. Definitely will make again!
