    - Festival Blend Frozen Fruit (Mango & Pineapple), 1/2 cup
    - EAS 100% Whey Protein (Chocolate), 35 gram(s)
    - 2% reduced fat Calorie Countdown Chocolate Milk, 1 cup
    - SECURE - Meal Replacement, Coffee Flavor, 22 gram(s)

Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender and mix for 15-30 seconds or until smooth.

Can be served as is (smoothie) or can be put into freezer or ice cream maker to make a delicious 2 portions of ice cream. Use more ingredients to make a bigger batch!!!
