Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    12 oz of lean pork (pork chop or whatever cut you want)
    2 cups fresh Bok Choy chopped or shredded
    5 medium Scallions chopped
    2 cups raw celery diced
    2 cups of Broccoli mostly tops chopped
    2tbsp Grated Ginger Root
    4 cloves of garlic
    2tbsp soy sauce
    2 packets of Rice Expressions Organic Brown Rice

Directions

Brown pork in deep frying pan, I season mine with Wild Tree Steak Rub it has salt/pepper garlic and other spices. When done take pork and shred it , put it back into the frying pan and stir in the Grapeseed Oil, Soy Sauce, Ginger, Garlic and Brown Rice. Saute for a couple mins then add the remaining ingredients. Simmer to desired texture. I like to sprinkle a little sea salt on top. Makes 6 2 cup servings
