    2 chicken breasts, cut up into small bite size pieces
    1 cup chopped carrots
    1 cup chopped celery
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 cup ragu spaghetti sauce
    1 cup water
    1 cup Frank's hot sauce

Directions

dump it all in a crock pot and cook for 6 hours on high.
