    2 whole eggs, slightly beaten
    3 egg whites
    1/2 cup fat free sour cream
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp salt
    2 tsp vanilla
    1/2 cup Splenda, granulated
    1-1/2 cups skim milk
    dollop of butter spray
    1/2 cup raisins
    1 apple, peeled and diced
    4 stale light hamburger buns, cubed


Spray an 8" square glass baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Arrange bread cubes in dish and sprinkle fruit evenly over the top. Set aside. Place all remaining ingredients in a bowl and stir until smooth. Pour evenly over bread/fruit and let set several hours or overnight. Place baking dish in a 325 degree oven and bake 1 hour or until golden brown and inserted knife comes out clean. Serve hot w/lite or sugar free syrup.
