Introduction

We love these & serve them with Salsa on the side. Beware, even though "just one rollup" doesn't seem like much, they are like other food stuffs - one leads to another:) The salsa is not figured in the nutrition count. Ingredients

One 8 oz. package 1/3 less fat cream cheese
1 small can black olives, chopped (2.25 oz.)
2 Tbsp. reduced sodium taco seasoning mix
    Six 8 inch flour tortillas

Directions

This makes 60 pinwheels (1 is a serving)
Soften the 8 oz. package of cream cheese. Put in a bowl. Sprinkle with 2 tbsp. reduced sodium taco seasoning mix. Mash into the cream cheese with a fork. Add 1 small can of chopped black olives and stir into the mixture.
Heat the 6 tortillas (1 at a time) for about 10 seconds (just to make them easier to roll. Using a teaspoon, spread 1/6 of the cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla, coming as close to the edge as possible. Roll tightly into a roll.
Slice each tortilla roll up into 10 equal sections. Arrange on serving plate. Serve with salsa for dipping.
*If I have time I chill the roll ups for appx. 1/2 hour to make them easier to slice.
