Ingredients

    1 can of pink salmon
    4 Tbsp mayo
    4 tsp pickle relish

Directions

drain salmon (give juice to dog/cat if you have one!). Mash bones w/fork, then mix in mayo and relish.

    Besides draining the salmon, you may want to remove the skin, which is rather unappetizing in appearance. - 2/2/10
