Ingredients

Small Cabbage Head
Raw Russet Potatoes
1 Bunch Green Onion
1 Cup Milk
Fresh Parsley
Fresh Thyme (dried herbs if preffered)
Directions
1) Cut cabbage head into strips and set into a sauce pan, fill with water about 2 inches and bring to boil, then reduce heat and let cook slow and covered until reaches desired softness.
2) Peel and chop potatoes into about 1-2 inch cubes, add to water in large pan(as much as needed to sumerge them). Bring to boil and cook on high until mashable. Then drain water and mash.
3) In small pan, add Green Onions(Scallions) and 1 cup milk, cook med heat for 5 minutes. Keep stirring.
4)Add cooked cabbage into the mashed potato mix, add green onion mix, add thyme and parsley (chopped, or dried if you prefer) Mix well.
**NOTE** More milk can be added if you desire thinner consistancy.
