    Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
    Garlic clove minced
    Ginger Root, 3 TBS(remove)
    Cabbage, fresh, 3 cup, chopped (remove)
    Carrots, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
    Pork Tenderloin pre-cooked, 6 oz (remove)
    *Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Chicken Broth, 49.5 fl oz (remove)

Directions

Makes 4 - 6 servings depending on if main course.

Heat Oil in dutch oven (large soup pot)
add onion, sautee add garlic and ginger root. Saute for 1 - 2 minutes. Add carrots red pepper and cabbage Sautee for 3 - 5 minutes. Add Chicken broth and Soy Sauce bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15- 20 till veggies are tender and meat is heated through.
* if you are using uncooked meat add first to make sure it is cooked throughly.
