Ingredients

    3 cans Swanson's chicken broth
    2 cans Swanson's vegetarian vegetable broth
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    2 TBSP flour (with enough water to make creamy mixture)
    1/4 cup cream or milk
    1 1/2 cups sliced carrots
    1 1/2 cups frozen corn
    1 cup frozen peas
    1-12 oz pkg wide egg noodles
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 TBSP chopped leek, white onion, or onion flakes
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. parsley
    1/4 tsp. celery powder

Directions

Makes approximately 8 1 1/2 cup servings

Empty all cans of broth into large pan
Slowly whisk in undiluted soup
Add cream/milk
stir in roux (flour/water mixture)
Add all seasonings
add all vegetables and egg noodles
bring to a boil and cook until egg noodles are done (approx. 8 mins.)

    The nutritional information HAS to be wrong! Also, the recipe is called Creamy Turkey Noodle Soup and there is no turkey in the list of ingredients. I guess you just add what amount you think is ok? - 2/22/11
