    3 cubic inch block soft or silken tofu
    1/2 cup almond milk
    1 banana
    1/3 cup frozen blueberries (never fresh)
    1/3 cup frozen strawberries (fresh okay)
    1 T. Hemp or flaxseed oil
    2 T. Ground Flax seed
    5 ice cubes

Directions

drop it in the blender and blend until smooth. Makes two servings
