Introduction

This is a quick recipe, full of protein and low-carbs to keep you full all morning. This is a quick recipe, full of protein and low-carbs to keep you full all morning.

Ingredients

    1 large Eggland's Best Egg
    1 medium slice of bacon
    1/2 c. fresh spinach
    dash of black pepper

Directions

1. Cut bacon in to small pieces with kitchen scissors into a non-stick pan and cook for a minute or so, until some of the fat appears in the bottom of the pan.

2. Add the 1/2 c. of spinach and allow it to to cook with the bacon for about a minute, until it is soft and wilted.

3. Crack the egg over the bacon and spinach. Cook on one side until firm and then flip over. Cook the egg to your desire- with the yolk still runny or hard cooked. Soft cooked adds a creaminess to the dish. Add a shake of black pepper and enjoy!
