Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    4 Cups chopped Napa Cabbage (can use regular cabbage)
    2-3 green onions shredded
    2 Pkgs. Ramen noodles crushed (discard sauce packet)
    1/3 C Sliced Almonds
    2 T Sesame Seeds
    2 T Olive Oil

    3/4 C Canola Oil
    1/2 Cup Sugar
    1/4 Cup Cider Vinegar
    2 T Lite Soy Sauce

Directions

Combine Canola Oil, Sugar, Vinegar, and Lite Soy Sauce in small sauce pan and cook over medium heat. Boil 1 minute and cool.

Combine cabbage and onion.

Heat olive oil in heavy skillet. Add Almonds, Sesame Seeds and Ramen Noodles and stir until lightly toasted.

Combine all ingredients and mix well just before serving.
