Introduction

I've been wanting to have some spicy cornbread and when I made my delicious Crockpot Sausage, Shroom and Corn Chili and decided to give it a go. Enjoy!! Ingredients

    -1 pouch of Betty Crocker's Cornbread & Muffin mix
    -1 can, 4oz, of diced green chiles
    -.75 oz shredded pepperjack cheese
    -1 med. egg
    -1/3 C skim milk (fat free)

Directions

--Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl and pour into desired container and cook according to package directions. I used my round silicone baking dish at 400 degrees for 16-18 min.. If using a silicone dish, make sure to but a solid cookie sheet underneath.

--Makes 8 servings.
