Ingredients

    3/4 cup flour
    1/3 cup cocoa powder
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    2 oz unsweetened baking chocolate
    2 tbsp butter
    2 tbsp low fat sour cream
    1 tbsp fat free chocolate syrup
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    1/3 cup liquid eggs
    1 cup sugar

Directions

Melt baking chocolate and butter together in microwave on medium power. Allow to cool.

Whisk together flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Set aside.

When chocolate/butter mixture is cool, stir in sour cream, chocolate syrup, vanilla, liquid eggs and sugar. Fold in dry ingredients.

Spread mixture in 8" x 8" pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.

Makes 16 servings.
